We are delighted to be your trusted platform for preserving your scientific achievements and making them globally accessible through a permanent, official link. To ensure your work is accepted and published promptly, please read and adhere to the following guidelines and policies:

1. Intellectual Property & Academic Licensing

• Author Rights Retention: The researcher (author) retains full and unconditional intellectual property rights to their work. No copyright is transferred to the Digital Library.

• Open Access: The library is committed to making all published research available for free and in full to readers worldwide, maximizing your global research citations and academic impact.

• Approved License: All works are officially archived and published under the international Creative Commons license: Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows the public to download and share your work as long as they credit you, but it strictly prohibits altering the research, creating derivative works, or using it for commercial purposes by any third party.

2. Technical Specifications & Submission Requirements

Before starting the submission process, please ensure the following materials are ready on your device:

1. Unified File Format (PDF Only): The entire thesis or research must be compiled into a single PDF file (starting from the cover page, including tables of contents, main body, and references). The file must be unlocked (not password protected) and must not exceed 50 MB.

2. Proof of Academic Defense: You must upload a clear scanned copy (Image or PDF) of the Defense Committee Decree or the Official Evaluation Report as a supplementary file to verify your successful defense status.

3. Metadata Entry: You are required to enter the exact title of your research and insert the abstract in both Arabic and English in the designated fields during submission.

4. Contributor Information: Please add your name only as the primary author. To simplify the process, do not add your supervisors' names in the system fields; the administrative team will automatically extract and index their names from the cover page of your uploaded PDF file.

3. Review Process & Processing Fees (Payment After Acceptance)

To ensure financial transparency and high academic standards, the publishing workflow follows these sequential steps:

1. Initial Submission: You upload your research file, metadata, and proof of defense through the system without paying any upfront fees.

2. Technical & Administrative Review: Your submission is directly routed to the administrative team and specialized committees to verify compliance with all technical and institutional standards.

3. Official Publication Approval: Once approved by the committee, you will receive an official notification via email stating that your work has achieved (Official Publication Approval).

4. Processing Fee Payment: After receiving the approval notification, you log back into your account to access the secure payment gateway and settle the processing fee of: [ 25 USD ] (or its equivalent in local currency).

5. Instant Live Access: Immediately upon successful payment, your permanent academic link is activated, making your research available to readers and global search engines (such as Google Scholar) for life.

4. Refund Policy

• After Processing Begun (Post-Payment): Fees are non-refundable as technical resources and staff effort are immediately allocated to format, index, and secure your permanent live link.

• Rejection Prior to Processing: Fees are fully refundable if the submission is rejected for any administrative reason before technical individual processing begins.

⚠️ Processing Timeline: The evaluation of the file by the specialized committees and the issuance of the official publication approval takes between (2 to 5 business days) from the date of initial submission.
